- Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your wig must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached, due to hygiene and sanitary regulations for hair products.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your item and inspect its condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Damaged or Defective Items: We replace items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
